That means I need to contact ahead of time any store I wish to visit when traveling and extends to events that are official but may not be happening at one of their shops. GWs rules are vague and all basically set at each store, so my Vostroyans which are painted may be welcome at one and not another for being OOP, while my Eldar I just stripped may be banned until painted at the store that allowed my Vossies but welcomed at the store that said no to luxurious yet now unavailable mustaches. GW stores are special in that they will have great terrain on hand, though the real question is their local managers stance on paintjobs and OOP minis.
